Current Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise noted in the product descriptions. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary greatly due to the nature of the items ordered. Some items require additional time to design from scratch or the steps in creating certain items require certain amount of hours or days to properly cure and meet quality expectations. Other factors include delays beyond our control as in weather, location, or other such shipping problems unique to the shipping method chosen. Nonetheless we will do everything in our power to communicate the most accurate creation times and any foreseeable delays directly to you or within the product description page. As a unique gift provider we understand that shipping time accuracy is paramount so a variety of shipping speeds based on the shipping vendors will be available and certain products may be able to be rushed for a small fee. Please inquire directly with us if there's anything we can do to accommodate timeframe needs.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are determined by product weight and occasionally we may run specials that include free or discounted shipping based on certain order thresholds. We do not collect any profit from shipping rates so rest assured what you pay for is directly the fee our carriers charge us to send your gifts to you. Please refer to the shipping time estimates unique to each chosen shipping carrier.

Local Delivery and International Shipping 

At this time we do not offer local delivery or international shipping. We may offer this in the future or for certain circumstances so please inquire with us directly. Thank you for understanding.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at designsbyneenaah@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Items Damaged During Shipping

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at designsbyneenaah@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
